The Independent Education sector is unique. Working in it for over 15 years I know the quirks, the highs, the lows and the unique politics and pressures that come from these environments. With three children who have gone through different Independent Schools, a husband who is a teacher and as a governor myself I truly believe that "I get it". Having done the role of Marketing Director I know and understand. The insight of an external supporter, not in the pressure cooker of the day to day can be invaluable.
